Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Interim Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our client in achieving its organizational objectives.
This role requires a dynamic professional with extensive experience in human resources management, a strategic mindset, and a strong ability to partner with leadership to drive business success.
Interim Human Resources Business Partner (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben:
Deploy and administer HR programs, policies, practices, and processes to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Develop and implement integrated HR initiatives and solutions that align with and support organizational goals.
Track, analyze, and evaluate the performance of staffing and diversity strategies, recommending and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Partner with leadership to implement workforce strategies that align with business needs and long-term objectives.
Conduct employee investigations in a fair and consistent manner, ensuring proper documentation and tracking of case activities.
Provide resolutions and guidance to the HR Service Center on escalated employee relations issues, ensuring timely and appropriate interventions.
Ihr Profil:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role or similar HR leadership position.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
Experience in managing HR programs, employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational development.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with leadership and employees at all levels.
Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with business objectives and organizational strategies.
Proficiency in HR systems, data analysis, and reporting tools
