Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Interim Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our client in achieving its organizational objectives.
This role requires a dynamic professional with extensive experience in human resources management, a strategic mindset, and a strong ability to partner with leadership to drive business success.
 

Interim Human Resources Business Partner (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Deploy and administer HR programs, policies, practices, and processes to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement integrated HR initiatives and solutions that align with and support organizational goals.
  • Track, analyze, and evaluate the performance of staffing and diversity strategies, recommending and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Partner with leadership to implement workforce strategies that align with business needs and long-term objectives.
  • Conduct employee investigations in a fair and consistent manner, ensuring proper documentation and tracking of case activities.
  • Provide resolutions and guidance to the HR Service Center on escalated employee relations issues, ensuring timely and appropriate interventions.

Ihr Profil:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role or similar HR leadership position.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Experience in managing HR programs, employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational development.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with leadership and employees at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with business objectives and organizational strategies.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, data analysis, and reporting tools
