Project Logistics Specialist (m/f/d)
Your future tasks and responsibilities:
Supports the Project Logistics Lead in logistical relevant issues from planning to delivery to customer through a project
Maintains the Logistics plan
Collaborates strongly with all parties involved in the project supply chain such as Procurement, Expediting, Engineering, Project Scheduler and Project Management
Requests indications and quotations
Is the contact to Logistics Service Providers for transportation, customs brokerage, packaging and warehousing
Monitors progress of shipment deliveries and informs consignees/ customers in project country in regard to status
Is responsible for the export clearance documentation
Issues L/C invoicing and documentation in cooperation with project management
Provides transport costs for total cost of purchasing view

Matching logistical education and good technical and commercial understanding

Experienced in working with a project team

Ability to work with the core systems (MS O365, SAP MM, LMS, Meridian)
