Quality Management Officer / Assistant (m/f/d)

Your future tasks and responsibilities:

• Contribute to the definition and maintenance of a multi-year internal quality audit (IQA) programme and ISMS audit programme, using a risk based approach, and to the preparation of consistent annual IQA programmes.
• Monitor the implementation of the IQA programmes and of audit schedules; deliver to MB, on be-half of H/QM, quarterly status of IQA programmes’ implementation.
• Track in Jira the status of all IQAs actions, related to IQA’ finding, produce the related statistics.
• Support H/QM to analyse gaps and shortcomings identified in internal and external audits and/or performance assessment and to identify and propose relevant corrective actions for the EMS.
• Administrate the documentation related to internal quality audits (e.g. filing reports, archiving audit papers, initiating IQAs with "starter pack for audit team", …).
• Contribute to the Management Review process, in particular as regards the support to H/QM:
  • to collect inputs to MRM from the Departments and support to their assessment.
  • in eMBM (RM), BCMS and ISMS MRM preparation (incl. Agenda) and report drafting and to summarise the relevant outcome to MRM.
  • in creating a concise presentation of IQA Programme performance indicators for MRM.
  • in MRM report drafting.
  • in regular follow-up and assessment of the improvement actions status agreed at MRM.
• Track in Jira the status of all MRM actions, produce the related statistics in Jira.
• Support the H/QM in processing issues related to the client's Management System (e.g. reviewing documents, proposing and/or analysing changes).
• Maintain the QM Plan file through quarterly dedicated QM meetings.
• Support to H/QM and to HR in issuing the CfO for a new cycle of QM awareness training, collect feedback from participants and support the external trainer.
• Support H/QM in organising a refresher training on ISO 9001 standard.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in a high technology company and complex international environment in Corporate Quality Management and/or Internal Audit.
• Knowledge of ISO 9000 series of standards.
• Knowledge of process modelling theories and techniques.
• Hands on experience of performing internal audits or quality audits using a risk based audit approach and focusing on efficiency and effectiveness of processes.
• Knowledge of actions management tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Fluency in English or French with a working knowledge of the other language.
• University degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
