Technical Specialist (m/f/d)
Your future tasks and responsibilities:
Supports product manager to identify and document customer business problems and objectives, formulates and communicate the business vision, understands the user personas, market trends, competitors, and market price. Supports in defining, refining, and documenting business requirements and user stories of the proposed minimal viable product
Interacts with project partners to clarify and define product and system requirements associated with the proposed solution, including translation of business requirements into technical requirements as an interactive process throughout the project lifecycle
Analyzes and documents features and user stories and develop details functional and user design specifications
Interacts with technical product owner, system engineers, developers and software testers to ensure customer requirements are fully understood, implemented, and validated. Performs user acceptance and scenario testing
Supports the development manager to increase velocity by analyzing and enhancing processes and tools
Contributes to creation, maintenance, and review of product documentation including product and system requirements, expectations, activities, priorities, and schedules
Contributes to risk, defects, and issue management in an agile environment
Your qualifications:
At least 3 years of related experience dealing with software development projects
Bachelor in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, Aerospace Engineering or in Business Administration, Product Management or a combination of both
Very strong written and verbal communication skills, fluent in Business English
Experience in working with Scaled AGILE Software Teams and Product Management
Experience in the successful launch of a software products
Entrepreneurial initiative with a strong ‘hands-on’ mentality, loves getting things done
