Transaction Manager / Senior Transaction Manager (m,w,d)

Your future tasks and responsibilities:

• Attending to Borrower on-boarding matters
• The opening of transaction related bank accounts
• Reviewing and commenting on a wide range of loan documentation
• Co-ordinating deal close with external and internal stakeholders
• Establishment and setting up a DebtDomain account and a deal calendar
• Covenant monitoring and posting of required documentation on DebtDomain
• Completion of the deal review and ensuring all documented responsibilities are met
• Liaising with Borrowers, Lenders and other counterparties on legal aspects of a transaction
• Responding to client queries, in conjunction with Client Services, if appropriate
• Assisting Compliance with KYC formalities
• Raising and co-ordinating client invoices at the appropriate time
• Arranging and administration of Lender Votes
• Review and action any corporate actions
• Arranging and attending client meetings
• Assisting and providing guidance on legal and operational matters to Client Services
• Maintaining and building client relationships

Your Profile:

• Dynamic individual able to work in an entrepreneurial fast pace work environment
• Fluent in English and German
• Idealy 3-5 years’ work experience in this area
