For one of our renowned clients in the international business sector, we are looking for an experienced Payroll Analyst (m/f/d) to independently manage payroll for the German branch.

Your responsibilities:
Full end-to-end management of the payroll process for the German branch – from data collection and processing to reporting
Close collaboration with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate payroll and local compliance
Coordination with external payroll service providers and ongoing monitoring of service quality
Support during audits, quarterly reports, and tax filings, including reconciliations
Act as the central point of contact for all employee payroll inquiries
Advise on current income tax and social security regulations and assess the impact of regulatory changes
Identify and implement process improvements and automation solutions
Guide employees in time tracking and approval processes in the Workforce Management System
Prepare ad-hoc reports and support payroll and benefits adjustments
Your profile:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, with at least 5 years of professional experience in payroll, ideally as a Payroll Administrator, Payroll Accountant, or HR Specialist with a focus on payroll
Strong knowledge of German tax and social security regulations, with experience in UKG, ADP, Workday, or SAP
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Analytical mindset with high accuracy in handling sensitive data
Independent working style and strong communication skills
